Accommodation & existing spaces of PRIMAVERA VILLA

The villa is fully furnished and fully operational for six (6) persons, with a total area of 170sqm, extending to one floor (ground floor) and includes bedrooms, kitchen, 2 dining rooms (internal & external), living room, office / working station, bathroom.

All the bedrooms and the living room in Primavera villa have high power air conditions which are serviced every year and have an inverter unit for the winter months, in addition to the radiators of the central heating system

Detailed description of the spaces
of the Primavera villa

Bedroom No. 1

With double bed, large wardrobe and direct access to the south side of the pool.

Bedroom No. 2

With double bed (which can be separated in 2 singles) and with its own large wardrobe.

Living room

Very large and equipped with a modern energy fireplace, 2 built-in libraries, 3 sofas (one of which can be converted to one double bed or 2 single beds).

Room’s equipment

  • Alarm for all spaces and existing openings (doors & windows), with outdoor sensors (contact) and indoor (radars) sensors.

  • Large 60-inch smart TV screen, connected to a video / CD player and also a separate radio / CD player

  • Energy-efficient fireplace, front covered with glass, cast-iron flooring (and plenty of wood material, available & stored at the barbecue area).

  • Large air-conditioning / inverter unit (Mitsubishi make) for both winter & summer use.

  • In the eastern side of the spacious living room, you can find a comfy office desk (wheeled office chair, and multiple shelves on surrounding wall), including available stationary, which create a cosy working space for professionals interested in keeping in contact with work and friends, communicating via email from their devices, connected to the respective router of the area.

The villa is served by two (2) combined bathroom – shower – WC spaces with effective lighting and ventilation, with built-in cabinets and storage spaces for cleaning supplies and equipment and with many facilities / amenities.

Complete and large bathroom, surface area 11 sq.m. with beautiful decoration and combined ceramic
tiles, equipped with:

  • Hanging cabinet – mirror (with all necessary amenities) and with local lighting.
  • Wall-mounted – free-standing mirror, two positions (100% / magnification), with lighting, for makeup.
  • Wardrobe and drawers (for personal hygiene items).
  • Washing machine and large clotheslines / spreaders.
  • Large double wardrobes for storing equipment (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, hairdryer,
    various brooms and many cleaning items / detergents).
  • Laundry basket.
  • Vertical towel rail – radiator for drying towels.

General Comments & Accessories

  • The whole interior of the villa and the interior stairs are made of hardwood floors (except the laundry and bath areas).

  • A solar water heater is installed on the roof of the building (providing plenty of hot water throughout the summer and other seasons / days with sunshine).

    In case of overcast (and / or overconsumption of hot water, then an electrical resistance can be switched-on to produce additional hot water)

  • Large radiators are provided throughout the villa, which supplement (during winter) the existing energy fireplace and the combined A/C – inverter (Mitsubishi). Additionally 2 mechanical fans are provided (in bedrooms).

  • In the living room there are suitable fire extinguishers, as well as a foam extinguisher over the burner of calorifier (i.e. automatic fire extinguisher). All fire extinguishers have hung labels with plasticized instructions for their proper use (bilingual: Greek & English).

  • The alarm of each villa is activated by 2 ways: either by the local panel (immediately after entry from the main door), or by appropriate remote control (portable push button, to be delivered with the keys).

  • In all bedrooms and hallways there are protype paintings, hanging on the walls.
