The closest beach is that of Selianitika and the direct distance from the two villas is one kilometer, however the most famous and beautiful beach is that of Avithos, located approx. 3.5 km away and has very comfortable parking spaces and many shops.

The nearest town is Aigio with 20,000 inhabitants and its center is located 6-7 km away (depending on the route to be followed).

The nearest airport is Araxos, west of the city of Patras at about 35 km, but it operates mainly with charter flights and only during the summer. The A.I.A. operates continuously all year, located at distance of 230 km, or 2 hours driving (abt).

Absolutely yes, since they have fully equipped kitchens for preparing food for young and old, spare bedding for everyone, a baby crib and a dining table, table games, a swimming pool with protected entrances and scalar depth, plus many possibilities for sports / activities (tennis, basket, ping-pong).

Definitely yes for “PRIMAVERA VILLA”, where all its areas are accessible by wheelchair, starting from the adjacent parking area, while in “PANORAMA VILLA” the main entrance is also flat and accessible by wheelchair, plus the entire ground floor and balcony area (but the 1st floor is accessible via an internal wooden staircase).

Both villas have a free wi-fi network (with a simple code) and the measured speeds on the central router are 300 Mbps (downloading, abt) and 30 Mbps (uploading, abt), which are considered satisfactory speeds (however in various individual rooms, or areas, the speed is lower).

The wi-fi network also extends to the areas of each outdoor dining area, plus to the pool area.

The closest is in the settlement of Lampiri (distance of about 6 km), but the most beautiful and extensive beach with sand dunes is located at the beach of Kalogria and at a distance of about 50 km (relatively short route via the new national road “Olympia Odos”, which was delivered in Dec.25).

Yes, there is one in the center of Selianitika village and its operating hours are 08.00 – 21.00 (from Monday to Friday) and 08.00 – 20.00 Saturday (plus 11.00 – 18.00 Sunday, for July / August only).

The following shops are all located along the old Patras – Corinth national road (which crosses the  Selianitika village), including: bakeries, gas station, fishmonger, grocery store, supermarket, butcher, cafes, pastry shops, newspapers / magazines, hardware store and pharmacy.
