Those interested to book a villa should contact the owner of the respective villa immediately, using the contact details on the CONTACT page

In case of cancellation (for an already booked reservation), then the 100% of the paid amount (minus the relevant bank charges) will be refunded, when such cancellation is made not later than thirty (30) days prior to the tenant’s scheduled arrival.

In case of cancellation (for an already booked reservation), then the 50% of the paid amount (minus the relevant bank charges) is refunded when the cancellation is made no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the tenant’s scheduled arrival.

In case the cancellation will be made (by the interested party) in a period of less than 15 days in relation to his scheduled arrival, there is no refund of the amount paid.

The guaranteed amount of 300 euros shall be refunded within 7 days from the date of departure and provided that the relevant inspection upon return of the keys does not reveal any damage to the villa or any losses / damages to its equipment and gardens / pool.

Days of which each villa is vacant shall be updated (considering the relevant bookings) by the owner/ manager of the villa, but only after confirmation of the relevant advance payment and receipt by the owner (as actually to be made).
